Description

About the class

People find meditation hard to “achieve”. Chanting and singing are ways to meditate without having to try too hard! Devotional mantras help connect to the inner language of the soul and elevate our consciousness. They allow us to clear our minds and tap into an energy that can transform and enrich our whole being. Chanting alone is an uplifting experience, but chanting in a group amplifies the effect through collective resonance. Celestial communications are sets of choreographed arm and hand movements done while singing or chanting a mantra. They stimulate the upper chakras, open the heart, increase energy and unify body, mind and spirit.

The class will incluside short introduction to Kundalini and the session, warm up exercises, and closing words to seal the practice.
