Voice-bath is a sound bath with pure voice, where participants receive the facilitator’s vocal vibrations.
Alicja will use her voice in specific ways, including toning and overtone singing, with different vowels, ranges, and pitches. This sound session is designed to bring you into a deep state of relaxation. This can be achieved through the drone produced by the human voice, which helps lower brain waves from Beta to Alpha or Theta. Some people may even reach the deep Delta state, while still experiencing the relaxing benefits of the session.
The voice will then be complemented by gentle Therapeutic Percussion (TP) using chimes, a rainstick, and shakers, gradually building to a crescendo to guide participants back into the space. A Voice-bath session lasts up to one hour.
