Join us at the next Riposte Presents event as we meet speak to three of the most exciting voices in filmmaking. We'll be taking a look at their work, discussing their approaches and experiences and opening the conversation up to you! Come and join us...
Kathryn Ferguson: Kathryn has a portfolio of incredible films to her name for the likes of Chloé, Selfridges, Vogue, Air France, Dev Hynes & Neneh Cherry, Nike, Sony, Lady Gaga and SHOWstudio. She is the Selfridges Resident Film Director & Fashion Film Research Fellow and recently released Incredible Machines - a beautiful and powerful film that explores the unseen relationship five women have with their bodies and their undergarments.
Kieran Yates: Is a freelance journalist for the Guardian, Vice, Shelter, Fader and Dazed. She's also the editor of the fanzine, British Values, a zine celebrating stories from immigrant communities in the UK. In 2015 she made a film about Muslim drag queens that was so good it was stolen. Her writing and filmmaking is all about profiling important and often ignored voices and stories.
