Event description

Description

This month's Rise & Design is focused on UX design and how it can transform your business. Our experts will show you how to ensure your design is human-centred, easy to navigate and creates the 'look and feel' you desire from your work.

Speakers:

Helena Hill

49 Digital

49 Digital help companies leverage their digital presence in order to increase revenue, conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Does it matter what your visitors users really want from your website? Are they arriving on your site, using your app or product and not experiencing what they thought they would? Does it really matter if we ignore their frustrations, pain points and emotions? As long as we get the traffic, eh?

Join us as we take you through a quick fire tour of the UX discovery phase and how you can use it in your business to identify sticky areas and undiscovered opportunities.

The value of experience is changing-

In previous years adopting a UX approach was seen as a key differentiator as the value of designing around user needs and their positive impact on business KPIs and customer loyalty became more apparent. Now, the secret is out, and as awareness of UX increases, a user-centric approach is no longer a key differentiator. Joanne’s talk will explore how the value placed on experiences is changing and how dedicating time to designing your end-to-end experience is now key for forward-thinking businesses.

Rise and Design lasts for approximately three hours, and includes networking before and after speakers. There is a chance to pitch at the end of the speakers' presentations, and you can book a stand for the whole event. We encourage all delegates to stay after presentations for networking - it is one of the most valuable parts of Rise and Design. For more information, please visit our website
