lululemon x FitMiBODY are back and this time with a four part series, Rise & Grind!
Throughout March, every Monday morning from 7:30am-8:30am you will be put through your paces to become stronger and faster. We are collaborating again with the amazing FitMiBODY team to elevate you to be the best version of yourself. Are you strong enough to rise & grind on a tough Monday morning?
We are inviting you to join us for this unmissable event! At the end of the four sessions one athlete will be selected to recieve a gift, worth getting out of bed for...
March 6th - Test Day:
The Test is the starting point of your Rise & Grind Journey. This includes working out on an on/off basis testing your fitness. Exercises such as Shuttle runs, press ups, Burpees, Tuck Jumps etc, focusing on smashing your personal best.
Complementary Chia Bowls will be provided after the event.
March 13th - Endurance & Hypertrophy:
This composes of different training styles. You will be seperated into two training styles. One group will be doing exercises with high repetitions with lower sets, and another group will be doing medium repetitions with medium sets. Mostly bodyweight focused but at a high tempo. HIIT style, so either hit it or quit it.
March 20th - Strength & Training Systems:
A lower tempo day, that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. Lower repetitions with low sets, but they will be heavy. This will include giant sets, and some German volume sets! Be ready for this one. It's mentally tough.
March 27th - Re-test day:
Congratulations! You've made it this far. We're seeing your improvment and you will be put through the same test and day 1. You will see how far you've come and the best athlete will be given an outfit! Make sure you've attended all events in order to make sure you qualify to be the best athlete.

Jesse aka ‘Samson’, mainly because of his long hair is an ex pro boxer. His career has now lead him to train amateur boxers become pro whilst also looking after their strength training to ensure they are in the best shape possible inside and outside of the ring.
Simon Stacks (@stacksfit)
Simon aka ‘The Stacks’ due to his figure but an all round fun, friendly trainer specialising in bodybuilding. He has a massive passion turning goals into realities and likes include sports, chicken and funny youtube videos!
Linda aka ‘The Nutritionist glute queen’ not only head nutritionist at FitMiBODY but a specialist in body composition training. Having competed in fitness physique competitions herself, she knows exactly what it takes to smash your goals! Currently loving gymnastic ring training!
Felix Ma (@felixmalive)
Felix aka ‘The Ma’ specialises in body composition and bodyweight strength training. With a deep understanding on how the human body works, his training methods are one of a kind with likes including gymnastic rings, hip hop and burgers!
Matt Lo (@mattlo_official)
Matt Lo aka ‘The delegator’ is founder and CEO of FitMiBODY. His passion of making things accessible has led him to create FitMiBODY - specialists in small group personal training in Old Street London offering over 50 classes a week! Likes include business, food and snowboarding!
Cari Baxter (@carriedaway__)
Cari aka ‘Justin Bieber’s future wife’ has become renowned for her challenging, high octane training style. Her infectious attitude towards exercise will keep you focused and returning with a smile every time!
