About this Event

“The truth is that falling hurts. The dare is to keep being brave and feel your way back up” – Brené Brown

Rising Strong™ is a process based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Her pioneering work uncovered a profound truth: Vulnerability – the willingness to show up and be seen with no guarantee of outcome – is the only path to more love, belonging, creativity and joy. But living a brave life is not always easy: We are inevitably going to stumble and fall.

The Rising Strong™ process is about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending.

During this 120 minute experiential and interactive session, we will take you through the Rising Strong process (The Reckoning, The Rumble, The Revolution) and apply it to whatever theme is currently alive for you.

Date: Saturday 20th February (1100 - 1300 BST)

This session will take place online, via Zoom - a web-based video conferencing tool that allows users to meet online. You don’t need to have an account, although we suggest you check out the tool ahead of the session to become familiar with it. This video on YouTube covers the basics. You will be able to participate in the event live, interact with other participants and ask questions in real-time. The weblink for the session will be sent ahead of the session.

Facilitators: Ade Adeniji and Darren Brady - Certified Daring Way™ Facilitators.
