We warmly welcome you inside the venue at 7am, where there will be introductions and tips from your host on how to get the best results from networking authentically and safety tips for cold water immersion. Then we'll walk down to the beach together, before enjoying a transformative group dip in the cold irish sea. After our dip, we heat things up with a wood-fired sauna, followed by a hot delicious breakfast and two inspiring guest speakers back at the venue.
