The session supports your physical and mental wellbeing through action, learning, and renewal. These hikes and experiences are tailored to the group, with subsidised places for unemployed or low-paid women. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and in tune with yourself and the natural world.
We use the walk to slow down, reflect, and learn practical tools for setting boundaries and looking after ourselves. The walk is led by Dr. Felicity Butler, drawing on her 25 years in gender justice and wellbeing work.
