The VCFSE sector is greatly impacted by the changing times, both as an organisation and in terms of the evolving client needs during recent crises.
This session offers practical tips and tools on how VCFSEs can manage risks (both financial and non-financial risks), such as changing client needs, recruitment constraints, outdated processes, and lack of effective management.
This session is aimed at everyone within the VCFSE sector, including but not limited to: VCFSE managers, trustees, volunteers, H&S care providers, and Heritage professionals.
