Riso Zine Making!

Riso Zine Making!

By Thin Ice Press: the York Centre for Print

Overview

An evening of Risograph printing and zine making!

An evening of Risograph printing and zine making. Using pens, collage materials and simple folding techniques, you will create a zine: a small, self-published booklet with roots in punk and DIY scenes.

No experience is needed. You can bring along printed artwork or writing to incorporate into your zine, or start from scratch on the night and work over a few sessions to build a layered piece while trying out different folding techniques.

Enjoy teas and coffees while chatting with fellow zine and Riso nerds. You can take home your own printed copies and have the chance to trade and exchange zines with others on the night.

Pay as you feel (£5 minimum), with cash or card accepted on the day. This club is suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a calm but sociable Friday evening.
