Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be “good” at art to join?

Not at all. This is not about technique—it’s about presence. Whether you draw, collage, arrange petals, or simply breathe beside the canvas, your expression is welcome. “Your hands know what your heart cannot yet say.”

What happens in a typical session?

Each gathering begins with a gentle grounding ritual, scent, or tarot—to settle the nervous system and invite presence. From there, we move into guided creative expression using symbolic materials, often accompanied by music chosen to evoke emotional resonance.

Is this therapy?

It’s not clinical therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic. Maria holds space as a Mystic Architect of Presence, blending floristry, ritual, and psychic attunement to support emotional healing.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. All materials are provided, though you’re welcome to bring personal objects for your altar or creative work. Comfortable clothing and an open heart are encouraged.

Can I come if I’m grieving, exhausted, or unsure?

Yes. Especially then. This group is designed to compost pain into wisdom, and to hold you in your becoming. “Wilted petals are welcome—they carry the scent of transformation.”

Is there parking?

Yes there is a carpark behind the shop.
