Come join us for a magical evening of movement, sound bath, and dinner at MANA AND WAK. Let's connect with our bodies, minds, and spirits through a unique blend of movement led by mana and wak founder and movement flow expert Toby Gillingham, followed by healing sounds played by William boon aka "Armed with bow". Will plays a hypnotic sound bath using a unique cello/digital set up. After the session, we'll enjoy a delicious dinner together cooked by @sayuri_earhtmama , nourishing both our souls and bodies.
