What do i need to prepare for the RITUAL event?

✨ Yourself, just as you are ✨ A journal + pen ✨ A cozy setup—herbal tea, a candle, whatever feels good. Any additional items specific to this RITUAL will be emailed 48 hours before. If you're joining last minute don't worry, you can still enjoy the session.

We'll give everyone 5 minutes or so to join and get comfy. Once the event begins we won't be able to admit anyone so not to interrupt the flow of the session so please try your best to arrive on time.

I'm nervous, do i have to speak in front of people i don't know?

No, if you don't wish to share you won't have to. As this is a community event and we want everyone to feel comfortable we ask that your camera be on to say hello at the beginning of the session . Once we start the session it's up to you how much you share and if you wish to switch off that's ok.
