As part of a nationwide series of vegetarian cooking classes, we will be hosting a hands-on cooking class at the Woodford Memorial Hall, where we’ll be cooking with the best seasonal organic vegetables. The focus of the class will be a number of techniques to make the most of the produce and ensure you are eating more of the green stuff!
What we'll be cooking on the night (subject to seasonal change):
- Roasted cauliflower with smoky red pepper romesco
- Shredded seasonal veg salad with thai dressing
- Courgette, chickpea and greens curry
You'll sit down with the other guests and class instructor and enjoy what you've prepared over a glass of wine or beer.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions and receive individual guidance on useful skills for making the most of your veg at home.
The cost of the class includes a copy of Riverford's Autumn Winter veg cook book and your first medium sized veg box (8 varieties of veg) delivered to your house the following week.
