Join us at our Master Veg class to get to grips with the green stuff and find out about life with a vegbox.
This is a hands-on cooking course, followed by a meal where you'll will enjoy the food you have chopped and prepared. The vegetables cooked during the course of the class will be a selection of the best seasonal produce grown on Riverford’s organic farms.
What we'll be cooking (subject to seasonal availability):
Roasted romanesco with smoky red pepper romesco
Shredded seasonal veg salad with thai dressing
Courgette, chickpea and greens curry
The cost of the class includes your first vegbox (up to a small or medium sized veg - only box) as well as a Riverford cook book.
