The purpose of the session is to provide an update on the proposed preferences and lotting structure (including service scope) of the new Travel and Venue Solutions framework (RM6217).

The main aim of the session will be to gauge supplier/market appetite and feedback on the proposed framework structure.

There will be a Q&A exercise as part of this to answer any questions and also to help understand lessons learnt, innovations and the impact of current and forecasted market conditions.

The outcome of this session will allow CCS to produce a robust set of requirements, strategy and lotting structure that the procurement will be delivered against.

Please not that attendees will be limited to two per supplier.
