RNID Focus Group - Cardiff and the Vale UHB 10 year Plan “Shaping Services

From the 1st of August until the end of December RNID are supporting our partners in Cardiff and Vale UHB to develop their 10-year plan – “Shaping Services for the Future, together”. This plan will set out the principles of how the UHB is going to deliver clinical services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for the next ten years.

In order for us to ensure that the voices of people living with hearing loss and tinnitus are included the shaping of services we are hosting this event to gather peoples comments

Please feel free to come along and share your views on all clinical services not just Audiology.

You can also complete a survey online, please be specific about some of the key barriers you may have faced because you have hearing loss and some of the things that would help you access support, this might be communication support, online booking systems or being able to talk to someone face to face, and if you do use our RNID Near You Services in the community please share your comments on this service.
