RNLI: Fleetwood Wreck Trek 2025
Fleetwood RNLI are once again bringing back their famous Wreck Trek and raising funds for their Lifeboat Station.

Last year we saw over 2,100 participants take part in this spectacular trek from Marina Hall across the sea to the old Wyre Light Lighthouse!
Join us for another fantastic event and tackle the famous 3.6 mile route.
This family fun event is open to all ages providing they are able to complete the walk unaided, within a 3 hour period.

Frequently asked questions
Participants will be walking 3.6 miles from Marina Hall across the sea to the old Wyre Light Lighthouse.
This family fun event is open to all ages providing they are able to complete the walk unaided, within a 3 hour period.
Due to the location and terrain of the event, the course is not not accessible to wheelchair users. For the same reason, we cannot allow prams or bicycles.
Limited parking will be available at Marina Hall, however if you live locally we are asking for you to please walk if you can, or use an alternative method of transport.
Participants will need to check in from 1:00 pm for a 1:30 pm brief which cannot be delayed. Please therefore arrive in plenty of time. Once the walk has set off, we will have eyes on the beach for all participants. It is vital you keep to the route as so everyone can be accounted for.
Dogs are not allowed on the walk, due to council regulations. Please do not bring them as you will not be able to enter the course.
