How do I register on the day?

Registration will open from 10:45 to 12:00 mid-day on Keelbeg Pier, Union Hall. There will be 1K & 2K Check-in desks in alphabetical order. Go to the table with the first letter of your surname, give your name & you will get your number written on your hand.

What time does the Swim Start

The safety breifing starts at 12:15 sharp. The swim follows at 12:30 sharp

Is this a timed event?

We will not be timing the swim, it is up to you if you want to time yourself. Please note - 1K swimmers will be taken out of the water after 60 minutes for safety.

Is there a minimum age for this event?

If you are participating in the swim under 16 years of age, a parent/guardian will be asked to sign a parental consent form on your behalf prior to the swim.

What are the Routes for the 1K & 2K Swim

There will be maps of the swim available on the day. Both the 1K and the 2K swimmers will leave from the beach at Keelbeg Pier, Union Hall, and finish the swim at the same beach
