🥾 ABOUT THE WALK 🥾

Starting in the picturesque village of Roade, we soon venture off-road. The walk takes us up and over open fields where you will see for miles (spot the alpaca farm in the distance). We walk through a farm and pass a memorial garden (which is beautiful). We get up close and personal with windfarms, take in the quaint hamlet of Courteenhall and visit the church where we will stop for sweets. The final section leads us through woods before looping back to Roade.

• Good trainers or walking shoes (and other clothes of course!).
• Bring rain gear if the weather is looking wet!
• A drink.

⛑ RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :

• We walk in all weathers; however, if we have a weather warning, then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
• We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or fewer. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
