About this event

Arts • Fine Art

In the second phase of the ROAM (West) project, the participating artists met to explore what life as a rural artist means. In this meeting, they present their findings, with topics including

  • what do D&G artists need?
  • should we all be collaborators?
  • working as a collective
  • what is the rural contemporary?
  • how can we make an alternative now?
  • site specific working as a way to work with places

Come along and hear how this project has explored ways rural artists can work together and thrive.

Contributing artists are Frances Ross, Anne Waggot Knott, Hope London and Del Whitticase.
