Robert Smail's Printing Works One Day Letterpress Workshops

Get inky and spend the day with our expert staff at Robert Smail’s Printing Works for our one-day workshop in Scotland's oldest continually operational letterpress printers.

You can create your very own letterpress artwork, poster, postcard, or greetings card up to A3 size.

If you book on two different days you will receive a 20% discount off the second ticket (£17). The discount is processed after booking as a partial refund.

Ideal for all levels of ability. Ages 14+

Accessibility

Part of the building (case-room, where type is stored) is only accessible via stairs. There are chairs in every room to rest, although much of the work of printing can only be done standing up. There are some areas with low lighting.
