JCI Nottingham Presents

Robin Hood Weekends & Medieval Banquet

JCI Nottingham will be celebrating its 91st anniversary this year and we would love to celebrate this occasion with our JCI Friends!

Your weekend ticket includes:

Friday 19th Evening

  • Robin Hood Town Tour – which ends at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem (Ancient pub built into stone caves, the oldest pub in the UK)

Saturday 20th Morning

  • Robin Hood Sherwood Forest Tour: Hear the evolution of the legend told against the backdrop of the ancient oaks of this world famous forest
  • Archery Lessons
  • Air Rifles & Cobra Slingshot

Saturday 20th Evening

  • Medieval Banquet with actors & entertainment
  • An arrival drink of mead & Sheriff’s Dungeon visit
  • Three-course meal
  • Entertainment by Sheriff, Minstrel and Jester.

Banquet Dress Code: Black Tie or British Fashion through the Ages

  • The Georgians, Regency period, The Victorians or Edwardians

Sunday 21st Morning

  • Farwell Breakfast/Brunch

Cancellation policy

To be eligible for a 100% refund, cancellations must be notified, in writing, no later than the 5th June 2019. To be eligible for a 50% refund, cancellations must be notified, in writing, no later than the 25th June 2019. All refunds will be subject to any administration fees being deducted. Any cancellations received after the 25th June 2019 will not be eligible for a refund.


What’s the dress code?

  • Casual is fine – as long as you feel comfortable. Banquet – Black Tie or British Fashion through the Ages

East Midlands Airport connects you to Nottinghamshire from over 80 destinations worldwide

East Midlands Airport is a 30mins drive to Nottingham by taxi or 1 hour via airport shuttle bus.

Travelling by Rail

Eurostar trains from Paris, Brussels and Lille operate directly

in to

London St Pancras International which means it has never been easier to visit Nottinghamshire by train from mainline Europe.

You can easily connect to high speed trains to Nottingham from St Pancras or King’s Cross station both within a few minutes’ walk from Eurostar arrivals.


Travelling by Rail

Cross Country Trains has an extensive rail network with journey’s from as far north as Aberdeen in Scotland and as far south as Penzance in Cornwall with trains connecting to Nottingham.

Northern Rail provides local, direct train services to Nottingham from Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley and Chesterfield.
