Build your own virtual robots with Robocode!
Robocode is a programming game, where the goal is to develop a robot battle tank to battle against other tanks which will be developed in Java.
This program consists of 10 sessions from November 2016 through to March 2017.
This booking covers the first block of 4 sessions until the 12th December 16 included.

Session 2 - Mon 21st November 16
Session 3 -Mon 5th December 16
Session 4 - Mon 12th December 16
A registration page for the second block of sessions will be made available before Christmas.

Session 8 - Mon 13th Feb 17
Session 9 - Mon 27th Feb 17
Session 10 - Mon 13th March 17
These sessions will be held at the Stockbridge Library from 6pm to 8pm.
Familiar with the basics of programming
It is advised that you attend each of the first four sessions at a minimum.
The following sessions will allow you to test your robot and improve it with mentor guidance.
You will need to bring your own laptop, and be happy for the robocode software package to be downloaded onto your machines.
For best results continue to work on your project at home. When you come back to the club you can work through any problems with the mentors.
