LCF Robotics Observatory Scoping Activity: Robotics Interest across LCF’s three schools.
The LCF Robotics Observatory invites you to join a future-gazing afternoon.
An afternoon of social dreaming – envision and experiment on how robotics may influence and impact the way we design, produce, present and consume fashion. What if we had a co-bot in the cutting studio? What if our sewing machines were sentient? What could robotics do for a pattern cutter, a virtual production studio, a tailor, and how might it change consumer experience and interaction on the shop floor?
No previous knowledge of robots or technology is needed to join this hackathon, but an open mind. As ambassadors of the three schools of LCF, you will get together to explore, imagine and produce quick thought-experiments and provocations about fashion cobots, robots and automata.
Limited spaces available, so please get your tickets asap and let us know if you have any questions.
