Welcome to the Rochford Christmas Festival (Stall booking)!
Get ready for a day filled with festive cheer and holiday spirit. Join us on Sun Dec 07 2025 in Back Lane Car Park for a jolly good time.
Join us to showcase your products/services to share them with our wonderful parishioners.
This event will be part of the Christmas Lights Switch on to the town. With carol singing, Santa's grotto and sleigh! Kids rides and much more!
Our Christmas Market is in Back Lane Car Park, we have 24 markets stalls available. Our market stalls are covered, they include a table which is 7ft wide x 3ft deep with festoon lighting.
We also have 5 x space only areas for you to bring your own 3m x 3m gazebo, weights and battery lighting.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we have too many of one specific product. Stalls are limited to a maximum of 1 per business.
Once you have signed up and paid for your stall, you will receive a booking form, please fill this in and return to Christmas@rochfordparishcouncil.gov.uk
Once we receive your booking form along with your Public Liability Insurance, your Exhibitor Pack will be sent out to you. Your Exhibitor Pack will include everything you need to know to attend the event along with a car pass to gain access to site. Booking forms will be sent out within 5 days of your payment.
Please note: You are required to hold your own public liability insurance and be able to send it to us within 48 hours of booking your ticket. Should you be unable to send us over this within the timeframe your booking may be cancelled. Sales end on 31st October 2025 at 12pm, your exhibitor pack will follow shortly after.
We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds will not be possible after Friday 21st November 2025.
Please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
