Rock the Ribbon- Fairycroft Grooves for Cancer

We are using the power of music to support those battling cancer and help fund much needed equipment for Addenbrookes Hospital to help support those going through cancer treatment.

Local retired Estate Agent, David Burch is currently a patient at Addenbrookes Oncology Dept and receives treatment at the Oncology Day Unit and Cancer Assessment Unit. Over the last year David and his wife Brenda have seen first hand how many patients with different cancers are helped at this busy unit. The Senior Sister and staff are always looking to find items that will help patients whist they are receiving their chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy treatments. Whether it is something small or large to make patients feel more comfortable or help ease side effects - such as hair loss or peripheral neuropathy - the search and need is ongoing.

By attending this fundraising event, we can show solidarity with those we may know, have known or individuals yet to be diagnosed. The monies raised will help.
