Welcome to the Rockfit Rockathon for IMARA - Children's Domestic Abuse Support! Join us at the iconic Rock City, Nottigham to support children and their families across Nottinghamshire on their journey to healing and recovery.
For two and half hours we will be rocking out to a hard-hitting variety of classic rock, modern metal and genre-blending alternative anthems - so bring your aggression, your sass and your attitude and together we will show our support for this excellent cause!
Assistance will be on hand to help stretch and cool-down anybody who needs to take a break or leave the session early. The ultimate aim is for the most inclusive and safe participation possible. Team RockFit has got you throughout this!
