Event description

Description

Journey back to Soho in the sixties and seventies, when swinging London was the centre of the musical world. This walking tour will show you the hidden clubs and secret studios where music history was made.

You'll discover where John met Yoko, Jimi Hendrix had his first UK gig, Bohemian Rhapsody was recorded and Ziggy Stardust landed on Earth. At the same time you'll be donating to a great cause, as all proceeds from ticket sales will go to Neuroblastoma UK. On average, every week two families in the UK will learn that their child has neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer. Neuroblastoma UK's mission is to find a cure for neuroblastoma through funding research projects to deliver new, effective and kinder treatments for these children.

On 5th July 2013, Lizzy Bremer lost her battle against this cruel disease just two days after her second birthday. We want to raise money in Lizzy's name, so other families don't have to go through this heartache in future.

The tour takes around 100 minutes. The meeting point is by exit seven of Piccadilly Circus station, outside the Clydesdale Bank
