PAINT ROCKS WITH KINDNESS
Join this arts and crafts session and find out how KINDNESS ROCKS!
This half-day session will gently guide students through the practical steps of painting and decorating rocks.
It will promote students’ well-being and introduce the benefits of creating grounding objects, being more mindful, using positive affirmations and developing compassion towards themselves and others.
The session will focus on connecting with others through art and explore a range of classes and community arts projects. It will aim to develop creativity but also an individual’s sense of purpose and belonging.
Students will be able to take their rocks away to use themselves, to gift to others or to leave for people to find in their local communities.
