Aim of the course is to give delegates information on:

• Career choices at the end of the FD year

• Attitudes and behaviours to become a successful associate

• What the ideal work/life balance look like

• Tailored career advice for individuals

• How to integrate careers advise into your career development plan

At the end of the session delegates will be able to demonstrate a better understanding of:

Learning Content

The course content will include an understanding of careers choices and will give some examples of careers followed by a number of dentists working for Rodericks.

There will also be a chance to receive one to one careers advice with an experienced colleague as well as an overview of current opportunities within Rodericks
