Roga is a unique and structured approach to exercise, combining elements of running and yoga together to create a fun and dynamic workout.
In this 6 week course we will explore a different theme at each session, focusing on breathing techniques, flexibility and stamina amongst others to build a full body workout.
Whether you're a beginner or more experienced practitioner Roga is a great way to improve your fitness and feel more connected to your body!
We will be moving both indoors and outdoors so please wear appropriate trainers and warm comfortable clothing.
These classes are available to book as a full 6 week course or as individual drop in classes.
