About this event

About this event

This session considers the role and responsibilities of the Retrofit Coordinator. This role, introduced by PAS 2035, is required for every project delivered under the Warm Homes Scheme.

This webinar will explain how Coordinators are trained and accredited, and how they are supposed to practice. It will also consider the different models for social landlords procuring Coordinators and how conflicts of interest can be managed.

Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise (or RISE) is a Government-backed, expert-led service. We offer free training, guidance and support to social housing providers and Local Authorities looking to secure funding for, and deliver successful programmes of, domestic retrofit.

Formally known as the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) and the Home Upgrade Hub (HUG), RISE brings both of these highly successful programmes together, creating a single, easy to navigate service.
