Aims/Purpose

· The purpose of this course is to detail the roles and responsibilities of the SENCO and highlight the importance of strategic leadership in SEND provision.

· The course focuses on developing the effective deployment of Teaching Assistants necessary to promote positive outcomes for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
