Roll Call 2020, October 24/25th, Cranfield
Event Information
Description
ROLL CALL 2020
We've now secured new dates for Roll Call at the end of the Autunm half term with the Holywell school venue, meaning that this year's event will now run over the weekend of October 24rd-25th.
Tickets will go back on sale again in a few weeks time once we've sorted things out with umpires and the like.
Whilst October is a long way away... our latest 'decision date" for Roll Call will be mid September.
If there is any risk whatsoever to the viability of the event at that point in time we will cancel and refund everyone again, and look to return in 2021.
The UK Government and NHS continue to publish advice and FAQ's relating to individuals who may be in higher risk groups for Coronavirus, paticularly where underlying health and age-related factors may increase the severity of any potential infection.
If you are concerned that you, or your close friends, family or work colleagues may fall under any of these groups or be subject to these or any other new guidelines, and as a result you wish to cancel any booking made for Roll Call please contact us and we will process a full refund of your entry fee.
If you have booked local accommodation, please also let us know as we may be able to find other competitors prepared to take over your booking.

GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
Admission to any BHGS tournament is at the sole discretion of the organisers and their decision on all matters is final. If any entrant breaches these rules, commits a criminal offence, causes disruption during the competition (including to public, traders or staff at the venue) or causes or threatens to cause damage to property at the venue the BHGS’s representative on the day will be entitled in his or her absolute discretion to require that player to leave the competition and the venue immediately, without any refund. In such cases we are likely also to refuse entry to future events
ARMY LISTS
Late submission of army lists is your best and most effective way to make the lives of the many kind, selfless and generous people who organise these events for you a real misery. Please therefore try to submit your list in good time. Deadline dates and list checkers will be published on the BHGS website and communicated to players. The BHGS reserve the right to inflict any one of a wide range of as yet unspecified grave, horrible, humiliating and potentially personally painful penalties on anyone who submits a late list. Especially if you are a repeat offender. You know who you are.... so be careful !
