Roller Skate Flow - Intermediate to Advanced Roller skate lessons

Want to elevate your roller skating, learn core moves, as well as start to be free in your skating, creating move combos and exploring musicality. Each session is 1.5 hours in a great indoor space with a very smooth floor.

Topics we will cover include:

• Exploring unique moves
• Combining moves with smooth transitions
• Developing fluidity and flow
• Drills and conditioning to overcome plateaus
• Working through advanced techniques
• Excavating moves to create new ones
