What did the Romans do for us? A great deal, as we will discover on this inspiring walk through Roman Londinium founded in 43 AD.

Starting at the ancient wall in the east of the City, we follow in the footsteps of our Roman

ancestors to explore where they lived, shopped, traded, bathed and worshipped.

We find an amazing discovery beneath Guildhall Art Gallery and see why Roman

construction continues to influence the City’s layout to this day.

The walking tour is led by City of London accredited guide and Ancient History graduate, Sarah Williams-Robbins, aka Mrs Londoner.
