Join TV chef Romy Gill, one of the stars of the new BBC Ready, Steady, Cook, series, a regular on UK food television and author of ZAIKA to learn how to create the perfect recipe while cooking three different dishes along with Romy.

On this Thursday you will : -

• make Romy’s dahl, paratha and a lamb gosht (or vegetarian alternative) along with her, learning first hand how Romy makes those dishes you see on TV
• learn how to turn what you are cooking into a recipe that works and that other people can cook from
• learn about measuring spices, the importance of them for a recipe, and how different measures can give you completely different tastes
• learn how Romy chooses her recipes for television including with a only few minutes notice for Ready Steady Cook
• ask her all the questions you would like in the chat.

The whole class is interactive so please have your screen in your kitchen and have the ingredients ready for the class. We will send you the ingredients and equipment list in advance of the workshop.

You are encouraged to ask questions on the zoom chat facility throughout and towards the end there will be group discussions to give you a chance to chat to other participants. If you wish to come as a virtual group, please let us know when booking.
