“All things are possible within a mind if it is forced to confront and deal with issues that we view in a particular way. By a process of reviewing these areas they will never grow to Room 101 proportions”.
This session is your opportunity to discuss and review 4 popular Learning & Development practices and decide whether or not they should be consigned to Room 101 or saved as best practice.
At the end of this short session it is expected that participants will have:
- Considered their openness to different perspectives
- Reviewed and discussed 4 L&D practices of current relevance, listened to two differing perspectives and considered their own view on the matter
- Voted to save or consign these practices to Room 101
- Helped shape the Learning and Development Special Interest Group (SIG) programme for the 2017/18 season.
This session will be led by: The combined team of helpers from the Learning & Development Special Interest group.
