Root and Restore: A Meditation Morning for Inner Steadiness
Start your day with clarity, presence, and purpose. This guided online session weaves together a grounding body scan, gentle mindful movement, and a calming breath meditation—all designed to help you reconnect with inner steadiness while navigating an ever-shifting world.
