This practice blends dynamic, energising Chinese exercises with the grace of yoga and the deep, feminine power of Qigong — a 4,000-year-old practice that restores your balance, clears emotional tension, and recharges your life force.
When we hit midlife we start loosing muscle mass at an alarming rate. Dynamic, cardio exercise is even more important to keep your bones, muscles and mind strong and flexible!
The practice is designed to leave you feeling energised without being overly challenging. The qigong sequences have been creatd to calm your nervous system and set you up to feel centred and mentally clear through out the day.
Inspired by Autumn - this term we will be focusing on relaxing and releasing thoughts and emotions whose time is up, whilst building inner strength (particularly hip stability).
The practice is designed for 40+ women (we have a regular 80 year old participant. If she can do it - so can you!)
Join us with a yoga mat, some water, comfy clothes, curiosity to see what your body can do and commitment to not try too hard.
