As the season turns and nature begins to slow, this retreat invites you to do the same 🍂. Join us for a restorative day designed to help you ground, exhale, and gently return to yourself. Through nourishing rituals, rest practices, and connection with nature, we’ll honour the quiet wisdom of autumn — a time to let go, soften, and replenish.
The day begins with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, an ancient and sacred ritual designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom and set powerful intentions for the day ahead. As you sip the rich, ceremonial-grade Cacao, sourced from ethically grown cacao beans, you'll feel its gentle yet transformative energy flowing through you. This warm, silky drink will relax your body, quiet your mind, and open your heart, creating a space for introspection and healing. Gentle Kundalini yoga, guided meditation and intentional breathwork will accompany the ceremony, helping you letting go of the past and stepping forward with renewed purpose.
After the ceremony, we'll have a silent 20min walk along the river Thames and enjoy a wholesome and nourishing lunch at the The Elderpress Cafe, where you’ll indulge in a delicious main dish, a comforting pastry, and a drink of your choice.
The afternoon opens with a Cord-Cutting Ritual — a gentle but powerful ceremony to help release energetic ties that may be draining or holding you back. Through intention, visualization, and simple symbolic acts, you’ll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you, making space for clarity, lightness, and new beginnings.
To close, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into rest with a deeply restorative Sound Bath. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will guide you into stillness, soothing your nervous system and gently reweaving body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you’re seeking a sacred pause, deeper rest, or reconnection with yourself and the season, this day retreat is an invitation to slow down and return to what matters.
