Root to Rise is a 90-minute immersive workshop blending breathwork, yin yoga, and self-inquiry to help you calm your nervous system.


🌿 Inspired by eastern philosophy and neuroscience you will unwind protective patterns, and reconnect with your body.

🌿Through a balance of teaching and embodied practice, you’ll explore how to root into groundedness, soften self-sabotage, and rise into greater clarity and wholeness.

So many of us live in a constant cycle of stress, overthinking, and self-sabotage. Our nervous systems are overstretched, and even when we want change, we often slip back into familiar patterns.

This workshop is designed to shift that. You’ll be guided through a carefully held journey that combines:

  • 🌿 Nervous System Regulation – Learn simple, science-backed tools to bring your body into balance and expand your window of tolerance.
  • 🌿 Compassionate Self-Inquiry – Explore how self-sabotage is not failure, but a protective response. Through guided prompts, you’ll uncover the parts of yourself that long for compassion and safety.
  • 🌿 Breathwork Journey – Experience conscious, connected breath as a way of softening old patterns and awakening your vital energy. Breath becomes the bridge between mind, body, and spirit.
  • 🧘 Yin Yoga Integration – Restorative postures to ground, open, and integrate the experience — supported by affirmations and embodied invitations.

In Authentic Tantra, we don’t see ourselves as broken or in need of fixing. Instead, we remember (pratyabhijñā) that we are already whole. Every contraction, every pattern, even every act is part of the pulsation of life.

This workshop is not about striving, but about peeling back the layers that cover your natural state of presence and freedom.

You’ll leave with both practical tools for everyday regulation and a felt sense of being rooted in your body while open to rising into your fullest potential.
