Root to Rise is a Breathwork & Manifestation workshop designed to help you create a calm, clear and aligned start to 2026.

Through focused breathwork, subconscious reprogramming tools, and intentional journalling, you will shift your state and rewire old patterns so you can follow through on what you truly want. Leave feeling more grounded, more confident, and deeply connected to the future you are creating.

This workshop blends breathwork, subconscious reprogramming and embodied intention setting to help you shift your inner state so you can finally create the change you’ve been wanting.

We use breath to directly influence the nervous system and brain. When the body feels safe and the mind is calm, your subconscious becomes open to new possibilities. This is where manifestation becomes real.

You will be guided through:


• Breathwork to regulate stress and access higher frequency states
• Subconscious reprogramming tools to break unhelpful patterns
• Journalling to crystallise your vision, clarity and next steps
• Science-backed exercises you can continue using after the workshop

This isn't about positive thinking or forcing affirmations. This is change through the nervous system.
