As the vibrant energy of summer begins to soften and we gently transition into autumn, join us for a soul-nourishing Late Summer Yoga Retreat Day. This is a time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—honoring all the growth and expansion of the warmer months while grounding ourselves and setting intentions for the season ahead.
Through movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and seasonal, wholesome food, you’ll be invited to turn inward, replenish your energy, and realign with your inner rhythm. This day retreat offers space to process, integrate, and find clarity as we shift into a more reflective, intentional phase of the year.
Surrounded by a like-hearted community in a calm and supportive environment, you’ll be held in the gentle embrace of nature’s turning wheel—celebrating the richness of late summer and preparing for the cozy stillness of autumn.
