Rooted In Love- A Journey To Self Compassion
Overview
Are you ready to reconnect with the most important relationship in your life—the one you have with yourself?
This gentle, heart-opening retreat invites you to step away from the noise of the world and into a sanctuary of calm, creativity, and compassion. Through guided meditation, expressive art, and soulful reflection, you’ll begin to nurture the self-love you truly deserve.
What to Bring:
A cozy blanket and a small item that symbolizes self-love—perhaps a cherished photo, a crystal, or a meaningful keepsake. These tokens will support your journey inward.
What You’ll Experience:
Grounding & Mindfulness
We begin with a soothing mindfulness meditation to help you settle, breathe, and arrive fully in the moment. You’ll feel your body relax and your mind soften, preparing you for deep emotional work.
Exploring Self-Love
Discover what self-love truly means. Through gentle teaching and journaling, you’ll explore how it shows up in your life—and where it may be missing.
Inner Child Connection
In a nurturing guided meditation, you’ll meet your inner child—the part of you that longs for kindness, safety, and unconditional love. You’ll offer them the compassion they’ve always deserved.
Reframing Self-Criticism
Observe your life from a new perspective and gently identify how self-criticism has shaped your inner dialogue. Learn how to reframe these thoughts with compassion and clarity.
Writing to Your Inner Critic
Craft a heartfelt letter to your inner critic—not with anger, but with understanding and love. This is your moment to reclaim your voice and stand up for yourself with grace.
Release Ritual
Following a colour therapy-infused meditation, you’ll tear up your letter and place it in a symbolic release bowl—marking the end of your old relationship with self-judgment.
Creative Affirmation
Using paper, glue, glitter, and your imagination, you’ll create a “Self-Love Card”—a vibrant affirmation of your worth, decorated with colours that evoke strength and kindness.
Closing Meditation
We’ll end with a gentle visualization: planting seeds of love and respect into your heart. As you breathe deeply, you’ll affirm to yourself—“I am enough. I am love. I am whole.”
Why Join?
This retreat is more than a workshop—it’s a soulful reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and deeply connected to your inner source of love. Whether you’re healing, growing, or simply seeking peace, this experience will help you come home to yourself.
