Rooted & Resilient: Womens Circle @ Enaid Healing Hub on Security

You are the keeper of your own peace. Join us for a women's circle dedicated to the theme of safety and security.

True security is your birthright, but it's often eroded by past experiences or the pressures of modern life. This circle is a space to reclaim that feeling. We will explore how to build and strengthen your personal sense of security, both emotionally and energetically. Through a guided meditation and supportive discussion, you'll learn to set firm boundaries, trust your intuition, and stand confidently in your own space.

Gather with us for our fortnightly Women's Circle. A sacred space for women and non binary folk to connect, share, and find solace.

About the facilitator

Fran Hunt (Fda BA MA)

Fran is an Intuitive Healer specialising in trauma and dysfuctional family dynamics. She also has an MA in Art, Health & Wellbeing. She has over a decade of experience running group events. She offers 1:1 sessions, workshops in addition to these fortnightly women's circles. More info here

Type 'Enaid Healing Hub' into google maps to find us. If you use the postcode you'll get lost! Come into the main entrance of Vale Business park (not Top Stacks turning), turn right after the security hut through the Ford garage, right at the post office building and you'll see Enaid Healing Hub in front of you.
