Roots, Relationships and Hidden Loyalties - A Family Constellation Workshop
Overview
Do you sometimes feel out of place — in your family, in love, or even in your own life? Maybe there’s tension with a parent, distance with a partner, or a feeling that you don’t quite belong? Perhaps you find yourself holding back in life of longing for something to shift?
The roots of our family story — the experiences of our parents, grandparents, and ancestors — create an invisible web that shapes how love moves through generations. Out of care or unconscious loyalty, we may repeat old patterns, carrying what isn’t ours to carry.
Through Family Constellations, we explore this wider family field and make visible the hidden loyalties that influence our lives. When these entanglements are seen and honoured, love can begin to flow again.
Each workshop includes four places for participants bringing a personal issue and then places for representatives. Representing is a profound experience in itself—many find that standing in another’s constellation offers unexpected insight and healing for their own life.
Issue Holders
Bring your question, challenge, hope or longing and explore it directly as the focal point of a group constellation. You may feel restricted, limited or blocked in some way — unable to live fully as yourself, or sensing you carry a burden that isn’t entirely yours. Perhaps you notice repeating patterns in love or family relationships, feel cut off from creativity, or long for more freedom, movement and connection. This is a space to look with compassion and curiosity at what wants to shift, and to support the conditions for you and your loved ones to flourish.
Representatives/Participants
Experience the profound insights that come from taking part in others’ constellations. As a representative, you are invited to step into the bigger picture — to sense, feel and witness how systemic dynamics unfold. Many find that this perspective deepens awareness, expands empathic capacity, and brings unexpected personal healing. You’ll develop embodied intuition, connect with diverse human experiences, and gain a richer understanding of how relationships between family members shape our inner world.
Who is it for?
This workshop is open to anyone interested in experiencing systemic constellations for personal and professional development.
Attendees can book as an ‘issue holders’ or ‘participant/representative’.
