The 31st annual Rory Peck Awards is happening on Wednesday 26th November 2025 at 18:30 at the BFI Southbank!
Join us, and the great and good from the international media industry, for a night of celebration and recognition as we honor outstanding achievements by freelance journalists and filmmakers working in news and current affairs.
These Awards recognise the courage, commitment, and talent, of freelance journalists across the world who, against all odds, continue to shine a light on some of the world’s darkest corners and issues.
This inspiring evening highlights the vital work of the Rory Peck Trust , the only organisation dedicated to the support, safety and welfare of freelance journalists worldwide.

All ticket sales go directly to support the work of the Rory Peck Trust, which provides practical and financial support to freelance journalists worldwide, assisting in times of crisis and helping them to work more safely and professionally.
All tickets include entry to the pre-Awards drinks reception, the Awards ceremony and the celebratory after-party, all taking place at the BFI Southbank. Drinks and canapés are included.
