The Bell in Ticehurst are proud to announce the inaugural Rosemary Lane Day guitar and folk festival - a unique event inspired by the musicianship, songwriting and enduring legacy of Bert Jansch, his patronage of The Bell and his time in Ticehurst, in support of the Bert Jansch Foundation.
On 22nd August 2015, we’re bringing a fleet of folk talent back to The Bell for one day of performance, musicianship and tall tales.
The Line Up: Bonnie Dobson and special guest to be announced, Trembling Bells, Jon Allen, Polly and the Billets Doux, The Princes in The Tower, Noisey Toys, The Ballad Of The Bell, Guitar Lessons, workshops and much more.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You can enter unaccompanied if you are 16 plus. If you are under 16 you need to be accompanied by a ticket holder who is 18 years or over.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We are in a small village with limited parking and narrow residential roads, so can we please ask you to remember to be as considerate as you can when coming through on the day.
The nearest, best served train station is Wadhurst and trains leave from London Bridge every half an hour and returning as well.
The train journey from London takes under an hour and eases congestion in Ticehurst.
There is a shuttle bus service free of charge to all ticket holders running every half hour to and from Wadhurst Station to The Bell and back again. The service will be clearly marked as destination “Rosemary Lane / The Bell".

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non-transferable and we don't allow them to be resold. We do not take returns and cannot change a ticket if a customer has booked incorrectly. We can't offer any refunds other than if the event is cancelled, there are substantial alterations to the event or if the promoter (The Bell) decides it is a special exception.
In the event of bad weather there is no refund or exchange available - the event will go ahead regardless of rain etc.
